CURRENT PROJECTS
The Ohio Department of Development has approved $500 million in Brownfield and Demolition funds, of which $350 million is for the Brownfield Remediation Program and $150 million for the Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program. The funds are for the entire state, and each county has the opportunity to apply for the funds. The State has named the County Land Banks as the lead entity to apply for the funds.

Former Licking County 911 Center Demolition
Former Matlack Truck Washing Station Brownfield Assessment and Cleanup
Former McPeek Lodge/Raccoon Valley Conservation Club Brownfield Cleanup
PAST PROJECTS
The Land Bank is proud to be the Lead Entity in this project to tear down this blighted, fire damaged building and get Main Street open again. As Lead Entity, the Land Bank procured a grant through the Ohio Department of Development's Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program to fund this project entirely.
